Patients know that their needs with respect to confidentiality are recognized and understood by all our doctors and staff. All staff are aware of the need for confidentiality, and have received training in this. You can speak to a receptionist in private if requested. Only you or your legal guardian will be given results of your tests. You need to give written request to your representative with certified copy of ID proof to obtain records of your treatment.
